My car wouldn’t start around 6pm on a Sunday evening so I had to get a jump from roadside. Thankfully AutoZone is open late on Sundays so I called them and they told me to come on in. The guys on the late shift were so nice. As a woman, I have gotten ripped off so many times from mechanics, but these guys were knowledgeable and just the absolute best. They tested and cleaned my battery for me free of charge. Such wonderful service! You gained a faithful customer!
They are always so helpful & so kind and knowledgeable! When it comes to batteries & check engine lights, I trust them more than some mechanics in town. Can’t recommend enough! 💜 …

My serpentine belt broke recently and I made it to this store. I did not know how to replace my belt, had no one or way to to help me or to get help.
Upon seeing my need for help, Alex, an employee at this store decided to take it upon himself to walk up to my vehicle and assist me in the installation of of this belt.
I cannot express enough thanks to Alex as well as the rest of the employees for being so helpful and courteous! I really do not know what I would have done that day, had it not been for the employees at this store!
I have used the store on several occasions and I have never been disappointed. The employees at the store today I did not know because it had been a long time since I had visited this location. I hope they are getting paid enough for all they do.

If I could leave zero I will. The most rude store manager you can ever come across. She was even rude to a customer while on the phone and people could here in the entire store. She looks at you and profiles you. Just rude.
17Nov23 Update: I used the Fiberglass Resin Jelly. I like it better than fiberglass reinforced body filler because it is creamier and spreds well. It is nothing like fiberglass resin. It is most like body filler with the added benefit of being waterproof. Unfortunately, you would think regular body filler should be waterproof. But, it's not. So, this product is a great alternative where waterproof filler is needed ....
Nov23 I went to AutoZone to buy a fiberglass repair kit. But, it was out of stock. So, I bought a can of Bondo Fiberglass Resin Jelly. Didn't know what that was. I looked online and it seems like a cross between fiberglass resin and stranded fiberglass body filler. I will give it a try.
